Description
Kabocha is a type of winter squash, a Japanese variety of the Cucurbita maxima species. Kabocha is hard on the outside with a knotty-looking skin. It has the shape of a chubby pumpkin and has a dark green skin with an opaque finish with some celadon to white stripes and an intense orange-yellow color inside.
